Today our very own Northern football team travelled to St Veronica's in Helmshore to play a friendly football match in preparation for the inter-schools competition next Wednesday. The boys were facing an excellent St Veronica's team but this did not put them off! They played their best and showed real sportsmanship. Despite losing 7-1, our boys kept their heads up and showed the resilience we instil in our children here at Northern. Well done boys!
