Seaside day

The sun definitely shone today for Seaside day! Coming in their own clothes has definitely been a hit. The children have enjoyed learning all about the Victorian seaside from our History visitor. They have learnt how clothing, activities and destinations have changed over time.  They started some super non fiction work based on this topic. We all had a picnic lunch on the yard and the ice cream van visited us so we had a lot of excited children. During the last part of the day we enjoyed a Punch and Judy show on the field. It has been a great day.
