What Was Life Like in the Stone Age?
Year 3 have been getting hands-on with their history today and looking at Stone Age artefacts like arrowheads, handaxes and spears! We used these to work out what life might have been like for the people who used them and what it tells us about them - like the fact that they must have been hunters, that they travelled a lot and kept their tools multi-purpose and light, and that they were very skilled craftsmen. A long way from the stupid cavemen idea!
