Children's Mental Health Week

This week Year 2 have discuss how important a positive mental health is and how to keep a good mental health.
We talked about different activities you can do to help your well being and who to talk to if we feel we need to.
We complete some activities in class that improved our well being such a yoga, taking our pen for a walk to calm music and being creative by mashing two animals together to make a new one.
