Thursday

Today we are doing P.E. in the hall. Can you have a go at home of travelling like a fox, a duck, a caterpillar and a frog as your warm up? We are having a go at three different activities- throwing a ball into a hoop, throwing to another person and throwing and catching to yourself. Send me some pictures of what you have managed!

Literacy today we are continuing with adding capital letters for names. Can you have a go at adding them for the following sentences- mrs dixon is my teacher.

my friend is sam.

it is thursday today.

We are writing our story about Excitable Edgar. Have a go at writing what happens to the dragon.

Wednesday

Today in Maths we are looking at Even and Odd numbers.  Remember Even numbers end in 0 2 4 6 8 and always have a partner.  Odd numbers are 'Odd bods' - they always have one left without a partner.

In PSHE we have been talking about wobbly feelings and who we can talk to to help us feel better. Use the gingerbread worksheet to write down what happens to your body when you feel sad, worried, nervous, scared and angry.  Can you write a sentence saying who you could talk to when you feel like this and why you choose them?  Draw a picture of you and them on the back.

Don't forget mathletics and reading eggs too!
