Summer 2 Week 4 Wednesday

Good afternoon, phew; it's a warm one today! I hope you have managed to get outside for a bit of fresh air but remember you need to drink lots of water when the weather is hot.

You've been busy with your Paddington work today; I've enjoyed reading what you have learnt about this famous bear. Maybe you could watch one of the films with your family.

I'm going to enjoy some time in my garden this evening and then we'll take Flynn for a walk when it cools down.

Until tomorrow,

Mrs Hill

Good morning Year 2; it's the middle of the week again. After yesterday's challenge we've definitely brought the sunshine which is good! If you're out and about today, make sure you protect yourself from the sun as the forecast is for very strong sunshine today.

Today you will be you will be writing a character description about a famous bear; this one has been around for many years! Mrs Hill loves the recent films but I used to watch a cartoon series when I was younger. You need your problem solving brains switched on today for Maths! In Topic you will be investigating ‘What is sound?’ I know you will love this, your grown-ups might not! You could link your Topic work with making your junk instrument for our 'Bash the Trash' challenge; Alice's video is looking very lonely on its own wink

Today's challenge:

Have a good day everyone, I'm looking forward to hearing from you today.

Mrs Hill
