Leafy Science
In science this week we have been investigating leaves. We had 2 questions;
1) Do bigger holly leaves have more prickles?
2) Do all holly leaves have an odd or even number of prickles?
We talked about what the answers would be and made our predictions. Then we discussed how we would find out. Would it be OK to just look at two leaves or should we look at more? We talked about how it was important to have 'evidence' to back up and prove our answer to the questions.
So what were the answers? Ask someone from Year 1!
