For Arty Friday we went round different classes in KS1 and completed different creative activities linked to the Chinese New Year. We had so much fun and had a go at using different skills.
In Reception we crated dragon puppets. We used cutting skills and colouring skills to make our dragons look colourful and bright.
In Year 1 we made paper fans. We decorated them before we folded them. These were great to help develop our fine motor skills.
In Year 2 we made Chinese lanterns. We used scissor to cut them before folding and gluing them. We decorated them. Take a look below.
In Year 3 we made drums. We attached two paper plates together and decorated them with a tiger. This is because it is the Year of the Tiger
