Science Day
Today we had Science Day in school. We had to investigate whether bigger hands could grab more cubes. The children talked about predictions and how they could measure their hands. They came up with drawing around hands and then comparing the sizes. We discussed what a 'grab' was then the children carried out the investigation. The conclusion was different for each group as some children with bigger hands were good at grabbing cubes, whilst others not so !!!
In the afternoon we designed and made balloon powered vehicles. We worked together in teams and were very good at cooperating with each other. Hopefully our designs will work tomorrow!
