This week, we have been learning about the Zones of Regulation. These are a colour coded way of helping us recognise how we are feeling at a particular time. The blue zone is when we are low or tired, the green is when we are calm, yellow is when we are getting too excited and the red zone is when our feelings are at their highest. When they are high we need to think of ways in which to regulate them and bring them back down. We looked at different strategies we could use in in order to change our emotions and move into a different zone.
