Gujarat Hindu Temple Visit
Today, we visited the Gujarat Hindu Temple. We were warmly welcomed and respectfully places our shoes in the main hall before being lead to the prayer room. We were marked with a bindi and then our lovely guide explained the fascinating legends behind each shrine in the prayer room. Can you remember which deities we learned about? Or which animal would help transport Ganesh?
When we got back to school, we took the time to write a thank you card to the temple and hope to see them again soon!
