On Friday 8th March, to celebrate international women's day, Mr Hindle aimed to get as many girls as possible playing football on the same day. He encouraged girls of all ages to come and join in with practising shooting and defending skills. All the girls that took part really enjoyed this! #LetGirlsPlay
Today all across school we have been completing a variety of fun and exciting number challenges from solving puzzles to find Buddy's Key to cracking codes to reveal secret messages. We have had fun with our coppers and even played Who Wants to be a Maths Millionaire! Check out your child's Dojo page. Well done children and a massive thank you to our parents for donating to this amazing charity.
Today our school council members organised and delivered an assembly to the whole school. They talked about our Rights Respecting School status as well as our school values. They reminded the school children all about what their roles were in school and how they wanted to make a difference to the school. The first task they set the children was to organise a set day and time for class council so that they can feedback to us when we meet on a Friday. Well done School Council!
