Zones of Regulation
In Reception we have been talking about our feelings and emotions. We are learning to recognise different feelings and when we are feeling them so we have been reading a story called 'The Colour Monster' to help us. This story helps us to link our feeling to colours. Over the next few weeks we will be looking at things that can help us to regulate our emotions.
