Magic Magnets!
Year 3 have loved their hands-on science this half term, investigating all about the properties of magnets. We found out which materials were magnetic (or not!) and the pattern behind them, discovered that like the Earth magnets have poles, and that no matter what the south pole wouldn't stick to the other south pole, or the north to the north! We called this repelling. Opposite poles stuck together right away and we found out that they attract each other!
