Gawthorpe Hall

The children had an absolutely fantastic time on our trip this morning to Gawthorpe Hall.  They were excellently behaved and took part in a range of traditional Victorian Christmas activities including stirring Christmas pudding, making scented bags, crafts and singing.  They even got to meet a very special person just in time for Christmas and were all transfixed as he told them all about Christmas for children in Victorian times.  Well done Year 1!
