Science Day

To celebrate British Science week, we spent the whole day being scientists and carrying out investigations. We talked about why Science is important and how it is all around us. We looked at what characteristics it takes to be a good scientists and tried out hardest to use these throughout the day - especially team work, open mindedness, determination and being curious.

We did 2 investigations on Science day both were done from start to finish by us! We generated the questions to answer and investigate, planned the investigations, discussed, shared ideas, carried about the investigations and presented the findings. We were amazing at being scientists.

Investigation 1 - Can bigger hands grab more cubes?

Investigation 2 - Can you make a balloon powered vehicle that moves further than everybody else?
