Uniform Information

To avoid confusion, from September 2018 the school are removing the choice of colour for polo shirts / shirts. From September 2018  the only colour of polo shirt / shirt allowed will be pale blue. Please keep this in mind when purchasing new uniform during the remainder of this academic year. No other changes are being made.

From July 2018, our school jumpers can now be purchased at Ann's Childrenswear in Bacup town centre as well as online at Tesco.

Here is the direct link to the Tesco School Uniform Order website page for Northern:

The only item which is compulsory from the selection of items shown is the school sweatshirt or cardigan.

All the other items are there due to parental requests but these are optional.

Indoor PE

Pupils will need a pair of slip-on pumps, black shorts and white t-shirt for PE and movement lessons.

Outdoor Games

Pupils will need a pair of trainers, black shorts and white t-shirt for outdoor games.

For colder weather a navy or black tracksuit is more suitable.

All PE and games kit should all be kept in a named, drawstring bag in the school cloakroom. It is important that the PE kit is always in school as lesson times may occasionally vary.
