PE Task

Tuesday is PE day so I have a challenge for you!  Can you fine 5 different fitness tasks that you could do in the house or in your garden for 2 mins each?  Send us some photos of you in action!  There are some ideas below;

 

* Skip 

*Throw and catch a ball in the air

*Jump on a trampoline

*Jog up and down the stairs

*Weight lift with tins of beans

*Dance to a song

*Hold different balances for 10 secs each?
