Globe Trotter.
Globe Trotter Club is a chance for children to explore the world around us! Each week we pick a different country and look at its language, arts, traditions and culture. We started off, as fits the Chinese New Year, with China where we learned how to ask and answer what our names our and where we come from, tried our hand at Chinese writing to write Happy New Year and made a traditional paper lantern!

We took a visit to Europe this week as we learned some French phrases then learned about the history and construction of Paris's most famous landmark; the Eiffel Tower! Then we had a go at making it ourselves using teamwork and a lot of art straws.
