Summer 2 week 3 Tuesday

We have made it to the end of the day! I hope you have enjoyed your tasks. I hope Mac has had a good birthday today. What have you been up to? I would love to hear from you. I am looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for our zoom chat. Please email me if you have not had your code emailed as I sent them last Friday. Have a lovely evening,

Mrs Dixon

Morning Year one! Let’s hope there isn’t any storms today...I was on flood watch as my house was flooded just after Christmas. Other than having to unblock a drain it was all ok! 😬☔️I hope we all have a calm day. You have got doubles in maths today, an introduction to Antarctica in Geography and writing question sentences for an astronaut in your Literacy. I look forward to seeing your work.
Challenge of the day....on Sunday it is Father’s Day. If we were in school we would be making cards. Could you start to make one today? Maybe just start with the front today.....will you use paint, the computer, coloured pencils? You could draw your Dad and yourself, things your Dad likes to do or a lovely one that is linked to the space theme- a picture of you in a rocket which says I love you to the moon and back!
I can’t wait to see what you create!
Have a great day,
Mrs Dixon

Hi Year one, hope everyone is ok this morning. smiley

Did you see the rainbow yesterday? Lots of rain, sunshine and thunder!

Today just a little challenge for you – can you draw a picture of your favourite animal? It could be something really small like a ladybird or something really big like an elephant! You could use pencils, paint, crayons or the Purplemash drawing tools.

If you could write me a sentence to say why it’s your favourite animal that would be great!

Hope you have a lovely day, Mrs Ball laugh
