Summer 2 Week 5 Monday

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you have had a great day. I have had more people reply about our Zoom call so that's good.

It's been lovely receiving photos of your work again today, I'm so proud when I look at how you are working hard. Keep it up......not long until the summer holiday!

Until tomorrow,

Mrs Hill

Good morning everyone. My apologies for the slight delay this morning; our internet is working very slowly, I think it must not like the weather! Where has the sunshine gone? It looks like a wet and blustery day is set for today. Hopefully there will be a break in it so you can get some time outside.

Today there are a different 'bubble' of Reception children in school and the first 'bubble' of Year 1 children. Sadly, we are not going to get back into school together but we can meet up on Zoom again on Friday. If you have not replied with the time you would like to join, please ask your grown-up to send a quick email. The times we have planned are 9.30, 10.30 or 11.30.

Let's make sure you are busy today! Your tasks are in Literacy starting a new topic about zoos. Today you will be designing a poster to encourage people to visit a zoo.

In Maths you will be starting mass work; can you remember what unit of measurement we use to find out how heavy something is?

Today’s topic is learning about a famous person. I’m looking forward to seeing what you find out.

Today's challenge:

Have a good day everyone, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Mrs Hill
