How do muscles work?

Did you know our muscles and bones are the ultimate example of teamwork? They work together to help us move - and muscles have to work in pairs as they relax and contract to move the bone. We found out the muscles are attached by stretchy tendons. We used elastic bands to simulate our muscles!
