This half term, we have been covering Science and Design Technology.
We've delved in to the world of electricity and Mrs Nicholas spotted our excellent studies of conductors and insulators, research in to reusable sources of energy and building complete circuits so she asked us an important question;
"How can we reduce the use of electricity in our school? Our electricity bill is unacceptable this half term, what can we do to resolve this?"
We got to work researching 'zero schools' that have focused on sustainability and started pulling ideas and solutions for Mrs Nicholas! She was overwhelmed by all our ideas!
