Geography Field Trip

On Wednesday afternoon Y1 went on their geography field trip. They walked up behind school, through Mrs Gregory’s fields and beyond! As they walked they looked for physical and human geography features and were very inquisitive and interested in their surroundings. The children saw a range of animals including sheep and horses and were able to spot the school building from various view points. Farm buildings, wind turbines, dry stone walls and water tanks were some of the many things that they spotted on their travels, as well as a lot of sheep poo! The children listened and behaved fantastically and were a credit to the school.

How lucky are we to have this beautiful scenery on our doorstep?
