Bug Day!
On Wednesday afternoon we have had a great time in Year 1 learning all about bugs! We started by talking about different minibeasts and where we might find them. We then had the chance to get creative and designed our very own bug villages. Look how brilliant they are!
After break we had a visit from Dave. He brought his Creepy Crawley Show to Northern and we got to see a wide range of different minibeasts, reptiles and more! We were able to hold a cockroach, a millipede, a gheko, high five a spider, stroke a bearded dragon and hold a snake. We learned some facts about the creatures.
