Week 7 Wednesday

Good afternoon, what glorious weather. My garden is calling me and Mr Hill has just come home from work with things for a barbecue tea tonight, hurray!

Me and Mrs Rothwell want to say a huge 'Thank you' to those of you who sent us pictures/ messages today, we really appreciate them and we're so proud of you all. Jack managed to reduce me to tears this morning with the poem he wrote for me, he knows me well by including my love of Toblerone and Flynn, the dog!

I've loved looking at your work today, your information about swallows during the different seasons has been fantastic; you've taught me some new facts!

I've not been sitting with our caterpillars today as I've also been helping Georgia with her maths work (Year 9 work has made my brain hurt surprise) but I've just checked and there's still no change! Surely it can't be much longer before we see another chrysalis?

Until tomorrow, enjoy the sunshine

Mrs Hill

Good morning Year 2, it's Wednesday- the middle of another week. It looks like the sun is trying to shine here so hopefully we've seen the last of the rain for a little while.

Your tasks today are finding out about how the changes of seasons affect birds for Literacy, repeated addition as multiples of 2 for Maths and a Science activity looking at forces. You've also got your allocated lesson on Reading Eggs.

Have a look at the updated scores for this week; numbers 13 and 24 are in a fierce battle!

Today's challenge:

Have a great day, looking forward to hearing from you

Mrs Hill
