9am - 9:30am: PE

9:30am - 10:30am Maths

For the first 15 minutes you are going to warm up your maths brain using the link below. 

For the rest of this session, you are going to be completing the 4 time activities I have set you on Purple Mash – aim for 8 out of 10 like we do in class. If you don’t achieve this, try again.

10:30am - 11am BREAK

11am - 12pm: Literacy: Explore how to survive in the jungle by watching the video below and making notes on the extracts below. Based on what you have watched and read, create an instruction manual/user guide titled ‘How to Survive the Jungle’ which could accompany someone about to undertake a jungle adventure. You may want to include sections such as: • key equipment to take • how to wrestle a crocodile • how to survive an elephant attack • how to escape from quicksand Make sure your guide is easy to follow – with clear instructional writing and pictures/ diagrams to support your information.

12pm- 1pm LUNCH

1pm - 2pm: Topic Work: Today’s topic work is Geography. You are going to be learning about the state of Florida in the USA including its location, climate and industries. Link and Document below.

2pm - 2:30pm BREAK

2:30pm - 3:00pm: Use this short session to work on one Spice Grid activity and bear in mind that it may take more than one session to complete it.
