9am - 9:30am: PE

9:30am - 10:30am Maths

For the first 15 minutes you are going to warm up your maths brain using the link below. 

For the rest of this session, you are going to complete the fraction work set on Purple Mash. Try and aim for at least 8 out of 10 like we would in class and re-do if your score is lower. There are 4 activities to complete.

10:30am - 11am BREAK

11am - 12pm: Literacy: This week's topic is Explorers and Adventurers. Explore how to survive in the wilderness by reading and watching these sources, making notes from each one: Read the extract from Ultimate Explorer Guide (document below). Then watch the two clips below. Based on what you have read and watched, create a ‘How to Survive in the Wilderness’ guide for a young adventurer. You may wish to create your guide as a leaflet or alternatively, you could record your guide as a short documentary in the style of Bear Grylls! The choice is yours!

12pm- 1pm LUNCH

1pm - 2pm: PEN Activity: Today’s PEN activity is all about Making History.

2pm - 2:30pm BREAK

2:30pm - 3:00pm: Use this short session to work on one Spice Grid activity and bear in mind that it may take more than one session to complete it.
