9am - 9:30am: PE

9:30am - 10:30am Maths

For the first 15 minutes you are going to warm up your maths brain using the link below. 

For the rest of this session, you are going to be doing some problem solving using the four operations and decimals. This has been set on Purple Mash for you to complete.

10:30am - 11am BREAK

11am - 12pm: Literacy: Watch Polar Bears 101 - National Geographic Wild, making notes about them as you watch. (video below). Now read about the polar bear in this Polar Bear Primary Resource (2 documents below) – National Geographic Kids. Make notes as you read. Once you have watched the clip and read the information about polar bears, create a fact page based on what you have learnt.

12pm- 1pm LUNCH

1pm - 2pm: Topic Work: Today’s topic work is Design and Technology. You are going to be learning about the basics of design skills. Follow the link below for the instructions and videos.

2pm - 2:30pm BREAK

2:30pm - 3:00pm: Use this short session to work on one Spice Grid activity and bear in mind that it may take more than one session to complete it.
