9am - 9:30am: PE

9:30am - 10:30am Maths

For the first 15 minutes you are going to warm up your maths brain using the link below. 

For the rest of this session, you are going to be having some Fraction Fun and problem solving using the clues provided. (document below) Don’t forget to complete the challenge too!

10:30am - 11am BREAK

11am - 12pm: Literacy: 1)Read and make notes about Greta Thunberg, a young environmental activist, taken from the book Earth Heroes by Lily Dyu (document below). 2)After reading about Greta’s life, watch these two clips and make further notes about her life (links below). Task: After reading and watching the clips about Greta Thunberg, create a short biography about her life. Remember to write your biography in chronological order (from Greta’s birth up until most recent times), selecting the key dates and facts about her life.

12pm- 1pm LUNCH

1pm - 2pm: Topic Work: Today’s topic work is Science. You are going to be learning about life cycles in humans and animals. Follow the link below for the instructions and videos. The documents are below too.

2pm - 2:30pm BREAK

2:30pm - 3:00pm: Use this short session to work on one Spice Grid activity and bear in mind that it may take more than one session to complete it.
